Paul is a senior consultant at Wecker Associates. Paul studied as an undergraduate at Oxford University in the UK and as a graduate student at Stanford University. Paul’s Stanford dissertation used transition data analysis with degenerate distributions to study limited dependent variable unbalanced panel data on human migration in Guatemala. While a student at Stanford, Paul also worked part-time as a technical support engineer for the Stanford unix computer system and as a statistical consultant assisting PhD students in the social sciences with the statistical aspects of their dissertations.
Paul has worked on a wide variety of projects areas at Wecker Associates including finance, automobiles, health care, natural resources and computer hardware and software. Paul’s special expertise lies in economics including econometrics and in many aspects of information technology. In addition to his role on projects, Paul runs the computer systems and video conferencing equipment at Wecker Associates.
