Eugene Brumberg is a project manager at William E. Wecker Associates. He received the Ph.D. degree in mathematics and physics from St. Petersburg State University, Russia in 1994. He received the M.A. degree in mathematics, with specialization in operation research, from St. Petersburg State University, Russia in 1986. Prior to joining William E. Wecker Associates in 2000, he worked as a senior scientific researcher in academia institutions in Russia, Germany, France, and Japan.
Eugene Brumberg has worked as a consultant on many prominent litigations and business consulting engagements including: class actions alleging employment discrimination, consumer product safety and performance, business contract disputes, pharmaceutical marketing, consumer fraud, state Medicaid reimbursement, violations of state deceptive trade practices acts, and health and injury risk assessment.
Eugene Brumberg has expertise in statistical and mathematical analysis of data. This expertise includes statistical forecasting, statistical sample design and analysis, financial analysis, cost measurement, damages assessment, survey design and analysis, regression analysis, and survival analysis.
