Jonathan Robinson has more than seventeen years of experience in statistical analysis, operations research, and applied mathematics related to solving problems arising in litigation and business. He has extensive experience performing and directing numerous analyses in the areas of intellectual property matters, product defects, automobile loan discrimination, healthcare cost recovery matters, employment discrimination, pharmaceutical adverse events, antitrust, and other mass tort cases. His expertise includes statistical sampling and survey design, regression analysis, large data set mining, simulation and optimization.
Mr. Robinson received the Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy, and the Masters of Science degree in Operations Research from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management.
At the United States Air Force Academy, Mr. Robinson received the award for being the Top Graduate in Operations Research. In addition, he was awarded a Draper Laboratory Fellowship to attend graduate school at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. While serving as a Captain in the US Air Force as an assistant professor at the United States Air Force Academy, he was recognized as the Outstanding Computer Science Instructor of the Year in 1998. Upon completing his military service, he spent two years as a consultant with Ernst & Young LLP Healthcare Consulting and three years at Cap Gemini’s Center for Business Innovation, where he was recognized as the Employee of the Year in 2001.
