Thomas Dubinin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from St. John’s University, a Master of arts degree in mathematics from the University of Missouri, and a Ph.D. from Iowa State University. Prior to joining William E. Wecker Associates he was programmer analyst with GuideOne Insurance in West Des Moines, Iowa.
He has worked as a consultant on many prominent litigations and business consulting engagements including: consumer product safety and performance; environmental damage; class actions alleging disparate impact in insurance, lending and wages; and patent and intellectual property matters involving pharmaceutical inventions.
His area of expertise is in statistical and mathematical analysis of data. This expertise includes damage analysis; survey design, analysis and administration; U.S. and international credit card market analysis, meta-analysis, profitability and forecasting; automobile safety and valuation; regression analysis; survival analysis; and large-data analysis.
